To begin scheduling vehicle services online, first-time users will need to collect and provide their email address, and other details, such as the make, year, model, transmission, engine, and drive train types. If you have the vehicle identification number (VIN), we recommend providing that first and the system will automatically populate the pertinent vehicle characteristics. After providing this information and scheduling service for the first time, repeated service scheduling will only require that you sign in using your phone number, email address, VIN, or confirmation number.

By following these basic steps, our customers can begin scheduling their services online and save some time keeping your vehicle running at its best:

1. Sign in by providing information as a first-time user or enter the detail needed for repeat scheduling.
2. Enter concerns into the dialogue box outlining any details that can help with the service.
3. Select the factory scheduled maintenance if needed from the menu.
4. Select how you will get to the service department & if you want to select a specific advisor or technician.
5. Choose the appointment day and time from the options calendar.
6. Confirm appointment after reviewing the final service details.
